Job Description

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working on company's operations in various business areas. As Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and winning projects on online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others. Knowledge and expertise in Client Operations and Management is a must. Expertise in Analytical tools is a plus point. You will be reporting to manager daily and collect updates from associates, use and update reporting structure for better tracking. You'll be expected to make Reports associated with the business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and projects on online freelance portals.
• Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed, well-structured proposals.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and collaborators.
• Engage with clients through online chats, emails, and video calls to understand their needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate project terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
